We are seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Primary Care Physician to join our growing team in Alabama.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $180,000 – $300,000 (based on experience and market)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to senior and Medicare Advantage patients
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Deliver evidence-based treatment plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and multidisciplinary teams
- Interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Complete EMR documentation within 48 hours
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants when appropriate
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CLIA, state, and federal regulations
QualificationsRequired
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Geriatrics
- Active Alabama Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS/ACLS Certification (as required)

- Three or more years of outpatient primary care experience
- Experience treating Medicare Advantage populations
- Strong management of chronic diseases
