PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE

Credentialing Timeline: 2–4 weeks

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Comprehensive physical examinations
Development of individualized treatment plans
Preventive care services
Chronic disease management
Coordination of specialty referrals
Ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Licenses: Active Texas Medical License
DEA: Active DEA Certification
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of practice experience preferred
Clean record

Duties & Responsibilities

Diagnose and treat acute medical conditions.
Manage chronic medical conditions.
Provide preventive medicine and wellness care.
Coordinate care and specialty referrals.
Interpret diagnostic testing and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
