Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Primary Care Physician for an established outpatient primary care practice in Fleming Island, Florida.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Join an established outpatient primary care practice focused on quality outcomes and long-term patient relationships
• Provide comprehensive care for adult patients managing both acute and chronic medical conditions
• See an average of 18-22 patients per day with built-in administrative time
• Practice alongside an experienced clinical support team in a retention-focused care model
• Enjoy practicing in one of Northeast Florida's most desirable coastal communities

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $240,000-$260,000
• Quarterly Bonus Opportunity Up To 25%
• Potential Sign-On Bonus

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Built-In Administrative Time
• Rotating Call Schedule (Discussed During Interview)

ROLE
• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive care and wellness examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals
• Build long-term relationships with patients through continuity of care
• Document patient encounters accurately within the EMR

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified In Family Medicine Or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
• Active Florida Medical License REQUIRED
• Prior Outpatient Primary Care Experience REQUIRED
• Comfortable Managing 18-22 Patients Per Day REQUIRED
• Strong Commitment To Patient Retention And Quality Care REQUIRED
