Primary Care Physician Assistant - Innovative Company

A growing, outpatient group in New York is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking, experienced physician assistant to join their team!

Responsibilities include:

• Caring for, diagnosing, and managing patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with the team in diagnosing and creating plans for each patient.
• Provide medical services that are directly related to his/her specialty in agreement with established protocols, standing orders, policies, and procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Reviews and interprets medical history.
• Perform physical examinations.
• Obtain material for appropriate laboratory analysis.
• Diagnose and prescribe therapeutic regimens.
• Screen walk-in patients to assess need for immediate care or referral to other network health providers and personnel.
• Assess, treat and consult with physicians as indicated.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Physician Assistant license, in the state of NY
• Previous outpatient or primary care experience required
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, Email
• Must have a friendly and professional skills
• Excellent patient/customer skills

Please note- The annual base salary range is $110k to $145k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.
