We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Primary Care
Physician (Family Medicine) to join a well-established outpatient practice
in Windsor, Connecticut. This opportunity offers an exceptional work-life

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient Family Medicine
  practice
  
• Treat patients from birth through
  adulthood (no obstetrics)
  
• Full-time weekday schedule
  
• Flexible scheduling:
  
• Four 9- or 10-hour shifts, or
  
• Five 8-hour shifts
  
• Minimal phone-only call:
  
• One weekday every 6 weeks
  
• Approximately two weekend call
  rotations annually
  
• Optional teaching opportunities

Qualifications

• MD or DO
  
• Board Eligible or Board Certified
  in Family Medicine
  
• Eligible for Connecticut medical
  licensure
  
• Excellent communication and
