Athens, AL – Primary Care Physician – Geriatrics – Outpatient

We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a new outpatient practice in Athens, AL. The physician will provide comprehensive Primary Care to an adult and geriatric patient population while building a patient panel as the practice grows.

About This Position:

• Full-Time, Monday–Friday


• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM


• No weekends


• Outpatient Primary Care / Geriatrics


• Average patient volume: 12–16 patients per day


• New clinic


• Solo physician office while patient panel grows

Requirements:

• MD or DO degree


• Active or eligible Alabama medical license


• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine


• Recent Primary Care experience preferred


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Comfortable caring for an adult and geriatric patient population
