An established outpatient primary care practice is seeking a Board
Eligible or Board Certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing team in beautiful Glastonbury, Connecticut. This opportunity

Position Highlights

• 100% outpatient, office -based
  primary care
  
• Adult patient population (18+)
  
• Full -time, weekday schedule
  
• Flexible scheduling options:
  
• Four 9 - or 10 -hour shifts (4 -day
  work week available)
  
• Five 8 -hour shifts
  
• Minimal phone -only call:
  
• One weekday call every 6 weeks
  
• Approximately two weekend call
  rotations per year
  
• Optional faculty appointment and
  teaching opportunities

Qualifications
