Job Description
A leading non-profit community health center in Rialto, CA is hiring a Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join its mission-driven team. We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine provider to deliver compassionate, high-quality outpatient care. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and no nights, weekends, or hospital call responsibilities.
Position Highlights
Flexible schedule: 32- or 40-hour workweek
Outpatient only: no nights, weekends, or inpatient duties
Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
Team-based care model with RNs, MAs, scribes, and behavioral health providers
Well-established clinic with more than 50 years of service in Southern California
Compensation
Family Medicine: $268,000 – $363,000 per year
Internal Medicine: $281,000 – $380,000 per year
Monthly productivity-based incentives available
Includes 4 hours per week of protected panel management time

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
Perform outpatient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment
Conduct physical exams, preventive screenings, and chronic disease management
Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
Provide prenatal and postnatal care when within training and scope
Refer to specialists and coordinate care plans
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with advanced practice providers and care teams
Supervise residents or students, if applicable
Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement efforts
Documentation and Compliance
Complete timely documentation in EHR (within 72 hours)
Maintain current licensure and certifications
Follow HIPAA, infection control, and clinical compliance standards
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school (required)
Active California medical license (required)
Board certified or board eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
Valid DEA license and current BLS certification
Bilingual in Spanish or Arabic is a plus
