Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Location: Hemet, California
Job Type: Full-Time | Outpatient Only | 40 Hours per Week - open to 32 hours/week
Salary: $268,000 to $380,000 per year, (DOE)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | No Nights or Weekends
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join a growing primary care team in Hemet, California. This is a full-time outpatient position with no nights, weekends, or call responsibilities. You will be part of a collaborative care team providing comprehensive, patient-centered services to a diverse community.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages

• Provide preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute care

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including advanced practice providers, nurses, and behavioral health consultants

• Participate in quality initiatives and support population health programs

Qualifications

• MD or DO with Board Certification (or eligibility) in Family Medicine

• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Commitment to patient-centered, community-based care
