Primary Care Physician (New Grads & Experienced Physicians Welcome)

A large multi -specialty staff model HMO, is seeking a Board -Certified/Board -Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Primary Care Physician to join our Daytona Beach facility in Volusia County!

This outpatient -only opportunity offers flexible office hours, a light call schedule (1 in 4, telephone -only), and the support of a fully integrated, multi -specialty team.

Practice Highlights:

1. Outpatient Only – No inpatient responsibilities.
   
2. Flexible Work Schedule – 40 -hour workweek with customizable hours.
   
3. Limited Call – 1 in 4 rotation, low volume, telephone -only.
   
4. Collaborative Environment – Work alongside specialists in Behavioral Health, Cardiology, Endocrinology, Neurology, Sports Medicine, and more.
   
5. Onsite Resources – Facility includes X -ray, Lab, and Pharmacy for comprehensive patient care.
   
6. New Grads & Experienced Physicians Welcome – Strong onboarding and support for all career stages.
   

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary – $250,000 - $300,000, plus annual bonus opportunities.

Qualifications:
