Primary Care Physician Outpatient

We are actively seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to deliver exceptional outpatient care. This full-time, Monday-Friday role is perfect for both experienced practitioners and new graduates seeking mentorship in a collaborative, low-stress environment.

What You'll Do

As a Primary Care Physician, you will:

Provide high-quality, compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting

Diagnose and treat a wide variety of general medical conditions

Collaborate with in-house specialists for seamless referrals and coordinated care

Use a holistic and preventive approach to patient wellness, including innovative programs and treatments

Focus on patient care without the burden of excessive administrative work thanks to strong clinical support

Leverage EMRs (Epic preferred) for efficient documentation and care coordination

What Were Looking For

Required:

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active, unrestricted Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain)

• Willingness to work Monday-Friday, 8 AM4 PM

• Interest in managing chronic care and preventive medicine

Preferred:

• At least 12 years of outpatient primary care experience

• Experience with Epic or similar Electronic Health Records systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A clean malpractice history (explanations required for any past claims)
