Eastern Connecticut Health Network (ECHN) invites Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians to apply. You will enjoy working in a thriving outpatient (hospital-employed) practice located in the picturesque town of Ellington or Manchester, Connecticut area.

You

will be supported by two collegial internal and family medicine physicians, including the fellow-care medical assistants team. A Monday - Friday daytime work schedule supports work-life balance along with minimal (extremely light) shared rotation phone call coverage.

Requirements:
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician or soon eligible
Connecticut License, Federal DEA, and Controlled Substance Registration or soon eligible
