NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health.

Accomodating more than 250,000 outpatient visits, and more than 15,000 inpatient admissions annually. The hospital maintains a strong academic affiliation with

SUNY Downstate Medical Center

and

NYIT College Of Osteopathic Medicine .

Responsibilities

Primary Care Physician needed to attend to underserved patient population

Academic position which includes teaching residents and fellows

Teaching position where day is split between direct patient care and precepting housestaff of faculty

Clinical support staff on-site (Pharmacist, Community Health Workers, Dietician, Social Workers)

Robust analytic support from Office of Ambulatory Care & Population Health

Access provided to NYC Health + Hospitals Quality Academy training for emerging leaders

Qualifications

Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine

Bilingual Spanish or Contonese a plus

Base salary - $115,000.00
