We’re hiring a Primary Care Physician in Chesterton who wants schedule flexibility, strong earning potential, and a sustainable approach to practicing medicine.

You’ll step into an outpatient role focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, acute visits, and long-term patient relationships. You’ll have strong clinical and administrative support without an RVU-driven compensation model.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary: $230,000–$270,000
• Medical insurance: Employer pays 75%
• Dental & vision: Employer pays approximately 75%
• 160 hours PTO plus 40 hours personal time
• 10 paid holidays
• 5 CME days plus $2,500
• Retirement benefits
