Competitive base salary: $225,000 - $300,000 (based on experience).

Location Options: 

• NY - Clifton Springs, Geneva, Clyde, Seneca Falls, Waterloo
• PA - Douglassville

Position Overview:
We are seeking highly qualified Family or Internal Medicine Physicians to join our established outpatient practices. This is an employed position within a physician-led organization, offering a balanced work-life schedule with light call phone coverage, shared with other practices in the health system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

• Participate in light call phone coverage, shared with other health system practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $225,000 - $300,000 (based on experience).

Required Qualifications:

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Current and unrestricted medical license to practice in New York (or eligibility to obtain).
