  • Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialists when appropriate

  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record

  • Collaborate with the physician and clinical support team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Help establish and grow the clinic's Family Practice patient population

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with patients and families in the community

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) eligible to practice in Texas

  • Family Practice or Primary Care experience strongly preferred

  • 2+ years of clinical experience preferred, although the practice is open to the right candidate

  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

  • Comfortable independently evaluating and managing a broad range of primary care conditions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patient-centered approach with an interest in developing long-term patient relationships

  • Highly organized, dependable, and collaborative

  • Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000 annual base salary

  • Production-based bonus opportunity

  • Health insurance

  • Two weeks of paid vacation

  • Six paid federal holidays

  • Continuing education allowance

  • No weekend work

  • No call

Why Join Lone Star Clinic?

  • Help build and grow a new Family Practice service line within an established clinic

  • Work alongside an experienced clinical and administrative team

  • Opportunity to develop your own long-term patient relationships and patient panel

  • Base salary plus production bonus potential

  • No weekends and no call, offering a predictable work schedule

  • Paid vacation, holidays, health insurance, and continuing education support

  • Join a smaller practice where your work and ideas can have a meaningful impact on how the primary care program develops
