Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800-1630

No nights, weekends, or holidays!

**work-from-home schedule. After training, this role follows a 50/50 hybrid model, with full-time (1.0 FTE) co-workers expected to work on-site five days per pay period. Must also be available to attend monthly on-site clinic meetings.**

Highly Preferred Skills:

Proficiency with Epic EMR system.

Timely and thorough patient triage skills.

Computer competency (most of this position will be computer work).

Excellent time management and prioritization.

Adaptability in a new and changing environment.

LPN Qualifications:

Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing.

Licensure: Active LPN license.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.

RN Qualifications:

Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.

Licensure: Active RN license.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred.
