Setting: FQHC , 100% outpatient. Mix of direct patient care and Precepting FM residents
Specialty: Family Medicine
Hours: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of NY
Board Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
