What you'll do as a Primary Mental Health Therapist:
Provide individual and group therapy to individuals in our IOP and PHP programs
Develop individualized treatment plans, continually monitor progress and appropriateness of goals, and prepare discharge recommendations.
Lead psychoeducational groups that are supportive and engaging
Collaborate with the treatment team, including family therapists, dieticians, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure optimal care & progress.
Attend weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress and coordinate the next steps.
Keep clinical records up to date — treatment plans, progress notes, and other necessary paperwork.
Communicate with referral partners, providing regular updates on your patient's progress.
Facilitate the discharge process by developing an aftercare plan, joining transition sessions with OP providers, and connecting patients with available resources.
Our Ideal Primary Mental Health Therapist:
Experienced: Holds a master's degree, PhD, or PsyD in behavioral health, social work, psychology, clinical mental health counseling, family therapy, or a related field.
Licensed: Holds a PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP, LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD license.
Skilled: Strong clinical interviewing and counseling skills. Builds rapport and maintains professional boundaries. Knowledge of eating disorder treatment (or excitement to learn) and co-occurring disorders.
Collaborative: Works well with multidisciplinary teams and referral partners.
Creative: Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to help patients heal.
Tech-savvy: Proficient with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and electronic medical records.

$28-$42 per hour, depending on experience and licensure
