Broad Statement of Responsibilities: The Primary Therapist will provide treatment, and integrated care services such as assessment, treatment planning, case management, individual and group therapy. Must be able to work on-site, no remote work. Full-time work schedule to be determined based on client needs.

Position Duties and Responsibilities – Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing assessment, aftercare and treatment for Detox/PHP/IOP/OP Programs
• Assist with case management of clients assigned
• Conduct average of 4-6 therapeutic hours daily
• Collaborate with Referral Sources
• Complete documentation on time as indicated by ethical standards of practice
• Attendance of meetings, supervision that require clinical input
• Monitoring and following up with aftercare as indicated
• Report to clinical director on site
• Complete all required initial and annual training

Requirements

Education: This position requires LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC-in TX, a Graduate Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited college or university.

Experience: At least 1-2 years providing treatment to co-occurring disorders-include family, group, and individual therapy/counseling. Trauma Therapy experience preferred but not required.

• Regularly required to sit and work at a phone/computer workstation
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.

• Appropriate interpersonal/personal boundaries
• Ability to pass background, urine drug screen and criminal records tests; appropriate references, and transcript from Master’s program.
• Maturity of judgment and behavior.

Salary range: $65,000-75,000/year
