Position Summary
We are seeking a Primary Therapist to join our Cherry Hill, NJ team. The Primary Therapist plays a key role in providing direct clinical services, including individual, group, and family therapy. This position requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering recovery in a supportive, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field (required)


• Current NJ license: LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent (required)


• Experience in behavioral health and/or substance use treatment preferred


• Strong therapeutic, assessment, and documentation skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care
