Principal

CPDLF is looking for a dynamic, relational, passionate, and motivated Instructional Leader to be our next Principal!  CPDLF has developed a culture of care and concern for staff, learners, and their families while raising the bar for academic excellence and personal responsibility that empowers each person to be their best.  The ideal candidate will hold a current Principal certification as well as all required clearances and will possess a strong background in curriculum, instructional design, and leading Academic Staff to be the best they can be for their learners in a competency based learning model.  Previous experience in leading school improvement is preferred but not required.  Salary based on qualifications and experience.
