Principal Agentic AI Architect

Are you ready to pioneer the next generation of AI-driven Financial Crime solutions? We’re looking for a Principal Agentic AI Architect to define and drive the technology strategy for our Financial Crime modernization initiatives!

Location: Charlotte, NC (5 Days Onsite)

⏳ Duration: Long-Term Contract

What You’ll Do:

• 
  

  Lead AI & Agentic Engineering: Design & deploy GenAI/Agentic solutions for investigator copilots, alert triage, SAR narrative generation, and real-time risk assessments.

  
  


• 
  

  Architect Platform Modernization: Drive the transition from legacy systems to cloud-native, event-driven microservices and API-first platforms.

  
  


• 
  

  Technical Strategy & Leadership: Establish engineering standards, mentor senior teams, and present technology roadmaps to senior executives.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-On Innovation: Evaluate modern frameworks (LLM orchestration, RAG, vector DBs, guardrails) and build high-impact POCs.

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 7+ years in software engineering & architecture leading large-scale enterprise solutions.

✅ 5+ years delivering cloud-native / cloud-ready systems.

✅ 4+ years presenting technology strategy to C-level executives.

✅ 2+ years hands-on experience developing/deploying AI-powered tools, LLMs, or agentic workflows.

✅ 4+ years experience in Financial Services.
