Principal Analyst, ASC/OBL Commercial Strategy

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years business or commercial experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in pricing, contracting, or analytics roles Experience with Tableau, Model N, or comparable business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytical modeling Proven ability to link analytics with business strategy and translate data into actionable insights Experience collaborating across matrixed teams in commercial, marketing, and finance environments Ability to travel up to 25% as business needs require. MBA or relevant Master's degree (e.g., Business Analytics, Economics, or Health Policy) Prior medical device or healthcare industry experience, ideally supporting ASC or OBL markets Familiarity with SFDC (Salesforce) and integration of CRM data into analytics models Knowledge of AI-driven analytics and application of predictive modeling in commercial strategy Proven ability to influence without authority and communicate complex insights through compelling strategic storytelling
