Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Absence

Your role, your impact

As a Principal Consultant, Oracle Cloud HCM OTL & Absence, you’ll provide domain, functional, and technical expertise to effectively design and implement Oracle Time & Labor and Absence Management within Oracle Cloud HCM. Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll provide consulting services and lead clients through the full cloud application implementation lifecycle.

Your day-to-day

• Work with clients on site or remotely to deploy Oracle HCM solutions;

• Guide clients through delivered functionality, advise on best practices, map business processes, document requirements, configure system functionality, and support testing;

• Communicate and drive project deliverables across Absence and OTL workstreams;

• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor across Absence, OTL, and scheduling processes;

• Collaborate with peers to continuously improve delivery models and increase project efficiency and value;

• Mentor junior associates to support their professional growth and strengthen overall team capability.

Keys to your success

• Bachelor’s degree;

• Active Oracle Time & Labor certification;

• Minimum 4 years of OTL experience in a Functional Lead role;

• Minimum 5 full cycle OTL/Absence implementations;

• Strong knowledge of Absence, Time & Labor, and scheduling processes;

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;

• Self-motivated with the ability to plan work effort and manage priorities;

• Ability to effectively work in a remote model with clients and peers;

• Demonstrated ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Extra edge

• Workforce Scheduler experience;

• Experience with Redwood & Oracle-delivered AI Agents.

Language skills

• English: Proficient
