Job Description - Principal Customer Integration Lead (CIL)
Technical Support Technical expertise on HBM systems, product architecture, manufacturing steps, and integration schemes. Analyze customer requirements and competitor strategies to support product and solution decisions. Support quarterly customer interlocks and technical reviews with clear documentation and follow-up actions. Implement CETL communication protocols and governance processes at the working level. Build positive relationships with internal collaborators (engineering, manufacturing, product teams) and external partners/customers. Provide timely updates to the CIL Director on key issues, resolutions, and business impact. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 5+ years in semiconductor product engineering, system integration, or customer support roles. Solid understanding of HBM technology, manufacturing steps, and integration schemes. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
