Joining our team entails creating the software designed to support these initiatives.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level data architecture strategies.
Define and maintain data standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and align data solutions accordingly.
Oversee the development and maintenance of data ecosystems, ensuring scalability and flexibility.
Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and tools to enhance the data architecture landscape.
Develop and communicate data architecture roadmaps and strategies to stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT leadership to align data architecture initiatives with overall organizational goals.
Participate in the evaluation and selection of data management platforms and tools.
Provide guidance on data governance and compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory standards
What You Need:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or in a similar role with a focus on large-scale data solutions.
In-depth knowledge of database technologies, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
Experience with cloud-based data solutions and familiarity with platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in relevant programming languages and data query languages.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Certification in relevant data management or architecture frameworks is a plus.
Proven ability to drive innovation and stay current with industry trends in data architecture.

This is a full-time hybrid opportunity in McLean, Virginia, with 1-2 days in office per month for meaningful team collaboration and events.
