Our Growth Marketing Team drives client engagement, new pipeline, and global growth through account-based marketing, partner marketing, and regional growth programs. We are the connective tissue between Pega's Marketing engine and its partners — working directly with clients, alliances, and global stakeholders to fuel impact at scale.
You will lead the partner marketing strategy for Pega's Americas region and serve as the marketing lead for two of Pega's Global Strategic Partners — owning the vision, execution, and outcomes of high-impact joint campaigns from end to end. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of strategy and activation, collaborating across marketing, sales, and alliances to drive pipeline generation, elevate co-brand presence, and maximize the potential of Pega's most valued partnerships.

Base salary range for this role is 100,800 - 153,500 USD annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.
The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range. We will share an information on benefits, bonus/commission, and other pay components for this role at the relevant recruitment stage.
