Principal Engineer, Application Development

•    Implement segment strategy and translate into sales by working with customers and other commercial and technical peers. 
•    Accountable for development and acquisition of new application and projects in these markets in China
•    Accountable for building of these markets’ project pipeline 
•    Accountable for the specification of our products at the OEM or the respective value chain.

•    At least 5 years in Rubber & plastic industry on consumer and industrial market in commercial or technical supporting function 
•    Technical / scientific education Bachelor and above 
•    Strong personality with authenticity who can add authority in discussions with customers etc. 
•    Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve new problems, explore new applications and business opportunities.
•    Written & oral English should be workable
•    Business understanding
•    Deep knowledge of engineering resins related applications , markets and customers 
•    Strategic thinking and Excellent Communication skills along with proficiency in basic computer skills
