Facilitates discovery workshops and Design Sprints using Datavail's DRIVE workshop framework, and helps train others to run it. Works with delivery teams on the backlog and validates usability and business outcomes in production. Maintains the practice's design methods and templates. Individual contributor, 100% billable. Requires 7-10 years in experience design.
