In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert in Health Informatics and Technology, leading clinical applications and managing incident processes. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring less experienced analysts, managing complex projects, and collaborating with leadership to align with organizational goals. This is a unique opportunity to positively impact patient safety and care quality by developing and implementing clinical technologies remotely, ensuring that our partner's mission of care is upheld at all times.
Accountabilities
- Lead and manage complex IT and enterprise-level projects.
- Develop innovative ideas and processes for system enhancements.
- Respond to system issues and user requests for assistance.
- Provide 24/7 support as part of an on-call rotation.
- Collaborate with the care delivery team to implement clinical technologies.
- Guide and train the team and less experienced analysts.
Requirements
- Master's Degree plus 7+ years in health informatics, Information Systems, or IT, or Bachelor's Degree plus 10+ years of experience.
- Project Management and Application portfolio management experience required.
- Leadership experience is necessary.
- At least one application-specific Epic certification required within 120 days of hire.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems [CPHIMS] preferred.
