What does a successful Principal Issuing Industry Consultant - Fraud, Rewards or Consumer Experience do at Fiserv?

As a successful Principal Issuing Industry Consultant - Fraud, Rewards or Consumer Experience, you will consultant and advise with our clients regarding industry trends and the application of Fiserv systems in alignment with industry trends and client strategic plans. And you will serve a meaningful role in driving Credit Service Administration’s P&L and client satisfaction in partnership with stakeholders across the organization.
What you will do:
contributor to a successful issuer consulting practice resulting in the generation of revenue, retention of Fiserv clients, and growth in wallet of our clients. You partner closely with business development, partner management, sales, and product. In addition, you will, with expertise, execute against key business success metrics including financial targets, client experience metrics, and engagement metrics.
Generate revenue through issuer industry consulting and application of best practices via Fiserv products for our clients,
Maintain and build knowledge of issuer industry trends and best practices in general and in specific areas such as Fraud, Rewards, Loans, etc.,
Partner closely with leadership, sales, product in selling new consulting engagements,
Build and maintain consulting service offerings and consulting tools in alignment with industry trends,
Lead and provide quality oversight to engagements and deliverables including data analysis, market correlations, and recommendations,
Partner closely with account management, sales and product to support servicing of clients and improving/maintaining client satisfaction, and
Support building and maintaining a practice of industry Sr Advisor industry consultants.
What you will need to have:
Bachelor's degree in business, operations or a related field required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
15+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, Issuer segment
Shown success in effectively driving business transformation from strategic planning through to solutions and delivery.
What would be great to have:
Proven experience in credit card fraud, rewards, and/or digital consumer engagement consulting
Proven experience in credit card fraud prevention, detection, or consulting of fraud trends, techniques, best practices, strategies, and planning
Proven experience in credit card reward strategies, designs, reporting and analytics, and monitoring
Proven experience in digital consumer engagement strategies including communication channels (email, SMS, notifications, etc) and channels (web, mobile, etc).
Shown success in consulting with clients or stakeholders in the achievement of strategic goals and objectives
Expert knowledge of business financial practices and accounting
Expert experience in data-driven management, metrics, and reporting
