Job Description - Principal IT Integration Business Relationship Manager

Eaton\u2019s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Principal IT Integration Business Relationship Manager. The preferred locations for the position is Beachwood ,OH or Moon Township, PA however remote candidates will be considered.\n\nThe expected annual salary range for this role is $146000 - $215000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.\n\nPlease note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. \n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\nPosition Overview: \n\nJoin Eaton\u2019s Information Technology team to drive business impact with advanced technologies and major enterprise projects. We seek a Principal IT Integration Business Relationship Manager to oversee large, complex initiatives related to the Boyd integration. In this role, you\u0027ll manage end-to-end integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leaders, and act as the BRM for the Boyd IT integration team.\n\nThis role is ideal for a seasoned global project leader with a strong technical foundation who is adept at overseeing several complex projects simultaneously while employing structured and disciplined methodologies. The successful candidate will also possess proven experience acting as a liaison between business units and wider technological teams. This position reports directly to the VP \u2013 IT Boyd Integration Leader.\n\nEssential Responsibilities: \n\u2022 Develop and maintain strategic business relationships across Integration and broader IT teams. Serve as point of contact for IT integration team. \n\u2022 Partner with the Boyd Thermal IT team to integrate Boyd Thermal with Eaton. \n\u2022 Engage with business and Lead IT teams on strategic business and technology plan \u0026 priorities \u2013 including advancement of standard technologies and decommissioning of technical debt \n\u2022 Participate in the definition of enterprise software standards as required by capability needs of the sectors and businesses. \n\u2022 Align tactical needs and delivery (i.e. escalations, support or events) with appropriate broader IT and functional teams. \n\u2022 Partner with IT IMO to ensure best practices are deployed. \n\u2022 Develop and manage the implementation plan for the Boyd IT integration. \n\u2022 Manage quality of the deliverables. \n\u2022 Ensure all requirements have been validated (i.e., traceability matrix) and ensure the user acceptance tests have been developed, approved, and executed to successful completion prior to going live. \n\u2022 Ability to communicate and present project status to IT and Business teams. \nOptional: Advanced understanding of scrum Agile and ability to serve as a PM or scrum master on a scrum project.\n\n## Skills:\n\nPosition Criteria: \n\u2022 Experience working in large cross-functional global organizations/teams. \n\u2022 Advanced to SME understanding of some of the business processes of complex, multinational companies \n\u2022 Intermediate to advanced understanding of financial processes. \n\u2022 Advanced understanding of business industry trends and applicability to operations or functions \n\u2022 Advanced to SME understanding of integration and impact points of involved systems globally for a division or function. \n\u2022 Proven experiencing of exhibiting a digital mindset through fostering agility and innovation. \n\u2022 Proven leadership, talent development and management skills for teams in a global setting \n\u2022 Strong technical knowledge and solid understanding of computer hardware and software, ERP, data management, application programming, data communications, operating systems, utilities and data security \n\u2022 Should be able to understand the integration and interdependence between systems and projects\n\n## Qualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications: \n\n * Bachelors\u0027 degree from an accredited\n * Minimum ten (10) years IT experience\n * Minimum five (5) years of IT Application experience\n * Experienced in supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, commercial and configurations application\n * This position requires use of information or access to hardware which may be subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. \u0027Green Card Holder\u0027), Political Asylee, or Refugee.\n * Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \n\n * Master\u2019s Degree\n * PMP Certification\n * 5+ years of IT Application experience preferably in a customer or business facing leadership role \n\n\n\nAll positions may require participation in video and in-person interviews as part of the hiring process.
