Our employees are not only part of history, they\u0027re making history.\n\nNorthrop Grumman Mission Systems is looking for you to join our team as a Principal Manufacturing Analyst based out of Sunnyvale, CA.\n\nWe seek a Principal Manufacturing Analysts who use a unique skill set that includes a hands-on approach and acts as the production focal point for management of the bill of materials and production planning within the Mission Systems\n\nWhat you will get to do:\n\n * The selected candidate will support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Other duties may include:\n * Performing activities in a variety of cross-functional areas, including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.\n * We offer flexible work arrangements, varying work shifts, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment.\n * We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people to help us grow our services and become even better at what we do.\n\n\n\n**Position is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA, and cannot be performed remotely**\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control OR Master\u2019s Degree with 3 or more years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control (An additional 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control may be considered in lieu of a degree)\n * Ability to work any shift depending on business needs\n * Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance\n * US Citizenship required\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Experience in a manufacturing environment\n * Experience with spare parts management and reporting\n * Experience in an engineering environment\n * SAP experience\n\n\n\nWhat We Can Offer You: \nNorthrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment that encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
