Job Description - Principal Marketing Manager - Corporate Accounts

Minimum of a bachelor's degree. Minimum of 7 years in marketing, consulting, or related fields, with at least 5 years in medical device marketing. Skilled at gathering customer insights to create impactful messaging, collaborating with sales, and executing initiatives effectively. Demonstrated experience in developing marketing tools that go beyond traditional features and benefits, creating meaningful differentiation. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior leaders. High motivation and a proactive mindset, with the ability to lead and influence without authority. Promotes an environment of teamwork. Excellent project management, organizational, and quantitative skills. Up to 20% domestic travel. MBA or Master's preferred. Experience in economic value messaging. Ability to think creatively and challenge the status quo.
