8+ Years

Developing Software Using the .NET Framework and .NET Core
2+ Years of

Experience Developing/Deploying Software in a Cloud Environment (Azure)
Experience with Microservices Architecture (Docker, Containers, etc.)
Mentorship Experience or Ability ( Don't Need to be a Manager but Set a Good Example )
Confidence to Speak Your Mind and

Offer Your Ideas and Solutions
