Dwell Design Studio is looking for a rock-star Business Development Representative in the Mid Atlantic market. This Dwellian will be responsible for developing relationships with target clients and pursuing new projects in our core and expansion markets.

Requirements

What you need to bring:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the architecture and design industry, with a significant focus on multifamily design.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong network of industry contacts and connections within the multifamily design sector.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an architecture degree or a business degree is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead by example.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events and meet with clients.
