Our employees are not only part of history, they\u0027re making history.\n\nNorthrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has openings for either a Principal Property \u0026 Asset Management Analyst (Level 3) or a Senior Principal Property \u0026 Asset Management Analyst (Level 4) to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located onsite at our Palmdale, CA facility. \n\nPut your years of experience into a future of excellence by joining our collaborative team with professionals across the nation that are ready to help launch your career. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman\u0027s Property/Asset Management organization, coordinating property control activities to ensure continual accountability of government/customer and company assets at supplier locations in compliance with applicable government regulations and corporate policies. \n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee, manage and analyze activities associated with asset business systems to ensure company, customer and US Government property located at subcontractors are managed in accordance with applicable regulations and policies to achieve best value and operational excellence \n\n * Conduct internal and external property assessments and analyze results for financial and operational purposes \n\n * Provide guidance on subcontracts, contracts, and regulations pertaining to property life-cycle management and contractual requirements. \n\n * Prepare periodic and special purpose reports relative to matters such as property and material reviews, physical inventory planning, contract accountable government furnished property (GFP), and other ad-hoc reports, as needed \n\n * Conduct property surveillance reviews at supplier and subcontractor sites \n\n * Ability to interact and effectively communicate with Northrop Grumman (NG) senior leadership \n\n * Coordinate with multiple disciplines, to include Global Supply Chain, ensure processes are performed and documentation is maintained as required by USG FAR regulations and NG procedures \n\n * Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret data for reporting purposes \n\n * Recommend and implement property management policy\n\n * Assist and provide guidance to other team members, as necessary \n\n * The selected candidate should thrive in a fast paced work environment with high expectations, diverse assignments, with individual and team assignments\n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for Level 3:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 5 or more years of experience in Government Property \u0026 Asset Management or similar, relevant experience OR a Master\u2019s degree with 3 years stated experience OR 9 years of stated experience in lieu of degree \n\n * Diverse knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses. \n\n * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel formulas, charts, pivot tables and PowerPoint \n\n\n\n\nBasic Qualifications for Level 4:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree with 8 or more years of experience in Government Property \u0026 Asset Management or a Master\u2019s degree with 6 years stated experience or 12 years of stated experience in lieu of degree \n\n * Diverse knowledge of Government Property related contractual requirements, including FAR Part 45, FAR 52.245-1, and DFARS property management clauses. \n\n * Proficient with Microsoft Office applications including Excel formulas, charts, pivot tables and PowerPoint \n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Current NPMA Property Certification (CPPS, CPPA, CPPM) \n\n * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills\n\n * Experience with SAP S/4 HANA\n\n\n\n\nPrimary Level Salary Range: $85,600.00 - $128,400.00\n\nSecondary Level Salary Range: $106,800.00 - $160,200.00\n\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate\u0027s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nDepending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.\n\nThe application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
