Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Healthcare/Biomedical fields 7+ years of professional experience in the medical device industry Upstream and downstream experience Experience with market and revenue modeling Experience with determining customer needs within medical device markets Flexibility to travel up to 20% in support of tradeshows, internal meetings and customer programs as required. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and manage all aspects of product development and commercialization Proven track record of Physician and KOL engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Single use device product launch experience Advanced degrees, including M.S, PhD or MBA Specific medical device experience in low back pain solutions Sales experience Outstanding customer service skills, both internal and external to the organization Capital equipment product launch experience
