About the Opportunity

As the Principal Product Manager always optimizing the best crypto experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the entire product experience, with a focus on trading functionalities. You will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to drive local markets product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will be responsible for driving crypto retail user growth and business impact through a combination of global crypto features and unique local value propositions. You will simplify advanced strategies and technics and apply them into various trading features which help end users invest in crypto easily. You'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key product initiatives focused on unlocking great user experiences based on data and insights. You'll drive decision making through quantitative results, research, and customer insights. You'll be joining our growing product team to help define the future of our company and product. What You'll Be Doing

Product Strategy: Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the exchange platform, considering market trends, user needs, and business goals.
Roadmap Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and business impact.
Trading Experience Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance the trading experience on the platform, including order book trading experience, strategy and copy trading experience, and market data analysis.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
User Research: Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to cryptocurrency trading, and ensure that the platform complies with relevant regulations.
Team Leadership: Mentor and coach a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product plans, progress, and key insights to internal stakeholders, including executives, investors, and cross-functional teams.
What We Look For In You Experience: 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
Trading Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrency trading, including order types, market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management.
Product Management Skills: Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and anticipate market trends, competitive threats, and customer needs.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations and compliance requirements, with the ability to navigate regulatory challenges and ensure compliance.

OKX Statement:

The salary range for this position is $273,923.00 to $394,449.00. The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
