OCI Infrastructure Sourcing & Planning is seeking a Principal Program Manager to join its Central Programs team. This role leads and enables critical, complex infrastructure programs that span site selection, network connectivity, energy, and business operations. The TPM brings structure to ambiguous, interdependent work; aligns technical and business stakeholders; and drives decisions and execution from early planning through delivery.
The successful candidate will own integrated program plans, dependencies, risks, and executive communications across a broad portfolio of infrastructure initiatives. They will translate business objectives into actionable plans, establish operating mechanisms that improve predictability, and proactively remove blockers across technical, commercial, and operational teams.
Specific responsibilities for this role include:
Lead end-to-end critical programs supporting OCI infrastructure growth across site selection, network connectivity, energy, and business operations.
Develop integrated plans, milestones, dependency maps, and operating cadences for complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
Forge essential partnerships across infrastructure engineering, capacity planning, sourcing, energy, network, finance, legal, and operations teams to assess feasibility, sequencing, and delivery timelines.
Drive structured decision-making by identifying tradeoffs, surfacing risks and constraints, and recommending clear paths forward.
Establish and maintain program mechanisms for status reporting, risk management, issue escalation, and executive reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional actions needed to unlock site readiness, network delivery, power availability, and operational execution.
Use data and program insights to improve forecasting, prioritization, process efficiency, and resource allocation.
Communicate status at the executive level.
8+ years of relevant experience in technical program management, infrastructure planning, operations, sourcing, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages for executive and technical audiences.
High ownership, sound judgment, and a strong bias for action in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Experience with cloud infrastructure, data centers, network connectivity, energy or power programs, real estate/site development, or large-scale business operations.
Ability to think broadly and strategically while driving the operational details required for execution.
Experience identifying and resolving process, procedure, tooling, and governance gaps to improve program outcomes.
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to support decisions, capacity planning, or business planning.
Experience creating and automating program reporting, dashboards, or operating mechanisms.
Demonstrated negotiation, influence, and stakeholder-management skills across technical and business organizations.
Self-driven problem solver who can adapt and thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
Ability to identify, manage, and remove blockers across organizational boundaries.
Experience mentoring junior PMs or leading through influence without direct authority.
