Bachelor's degree Minimum 10 years experience within the Healthcare industry (complex project mgmt/consulting experience preferred) Ability to work independently yet collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization. Ability to travel 40% within US An advanced degree such as an MBA, MPH or MHA Clinical and/or management experience with electrophysiology and/or interventional cardiology services and associated medical devices. Outstanding interpersonal skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels in an organization. Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Management or enterprise change management Clinical management in the cardiovascular space Consulting project delivery and/or sales
