Principal Solutions Consultant - ALM

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Product Management, R&D, and Support to ensure seamless customer experience. Plan, manage and deliver POC's (proof of concepts) and technical workshops based on customer and partner related business needs. Act as a technical project manager for customer projects, working with our partners, solution centers and R&D. As a solution finder, suggest potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges. Support the sales team in qualifying potential opportunities with current customers, partners or prospects with the goal of fostering customer adoption and value realization of Codebeamer and Pure Variants. Develop technical responses for customer requests for information (RFI, RFP etc.) Stay current on industry trends in systems engineering, DevOps, and compliance (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA). 5+ years in presales, professional services or solution delivery within enterprise software. 3+ years in a senior engineering / consultant role with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English Proven success in supporting / building / operating implementations in regulated industries. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Excellent relationship building capabilities, high-energy & results-oriented with a customer first mentality Experience with systems engineering, variant management, and compliance-driven development. Background in automotive, aerospace, or medical device software environments. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, and other DevOps toolchains.
