Our differentiated battle management and Cyber solutions deliver timely, mission-enabling information and provide superior situational awareness and understanding to protect the U.S. and its global allies.\n\nNorthrop Grumman is seeking a skilled and motivated professional for the role of Principle Supply Chain Planning Specialist with experiences in supply chain management and/or related fields (including business and financial planning, contracts administration, project management, logistics, and manufacturing).\n\nThis position is located full time in Salt Lake City, Utah. \n\nWhat You Will Get To Do:\n\nThe Supply Chain Planning Specialist responsibilities will encompass:\n\n * Providing support to the program team to evaluate material and equipment requirements throughout the life of the program.\n\n * Financial responsibilities including EAC\u2019s, material sales, material sales forecasting, and cost account management (CAM) support.\n\n * Ability to present to internal and external decision-makers and represent Northrop Grumman Global Supply Chain in Program Management Reviews, organization leadership briefings, customer briefings, and supplier engagement.\n\n * Planning and coordinating program requirements.\n\n * Monitoring and establishing material inventory.\n\n * Create and document supply and demand strategies in formal plans to achieve program goals and objectives.\n\n * Ability to solve complex supply chain problems using established precedents and policies.\n\n * Identifying, documenting, and mitigating/realizing Risks and Opportunities.\n\n * Evaluating suppliers and noting key performance indicators.\n\n * Ability to prioritize efforts and adjust to quickly changing program needs and objectives. \n\n * Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget. \n\n * Represent GSC as a prime contact on program contracts or projects. \n\n * Lead others through dynamic and fluid environments. \n\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree and 5+ years (3+ Years with Masters) of supply chain, program management and/or business management experience.\n\n * Project/Program Management or Supply Chain Planning experience working on Aerospace and Defense programs. \n\n * US citizen with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance.\n\n * Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.\n\n\n\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelors in supply chain or business management.\n\n * Experience with Earned Value Management and Forecasting.\n\n * General understanding of Government procurement processes and regulations; FAR/DFAR.\n\n * Current DoD Secret or higher security clearance\n\n * Experience supporting moderately complex proposal efforts \n\n * Basis of Estimate \n\n * Price Reasonableness \n\n * Commercial Item Determination \n\n * Expert MS Excel capability including pivot tables, macros, and VBA scripting \n\n\n\n\n#MPR\n\nWhat We Can Offer You:\n\nNorthrop Grumman provides a comprehensive benefits package and a work environment which encourages your growth and supports the mutual success of our people and our company. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
