Principal/Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst

Experience panoramic views from Turkey Point Lighthouse on a bluff overlooking the Bay, or from the banks of the C&D Canal where ships from around the globe cruise. Will also consider a Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years of experience; or Master' degree in related field with 3 years of experience. Principal Program Cost Schedule Control Analyst: This position emphasized skills and experience. Must have 10 or more years of scheduling experience in lieu of degree. Will also consider a Bachelor's degree in related field and 8 years of experience; Master' degree in related field with 6 years of experience; or PhD in related field with 4 years of experience. Knowledge of applications in a computerized environment, including spreadsheet applications and databases (e.g. MS Office applications). Ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with others. Possess excellent analytical, problem solving and reporting skills. Independent self-starter and proactive contributor. Seeks to continually improve business processes and add value. Ability to prioritize multiple assignments to meet deadlines. Organize deliverables in a clean and presentable format. Must be able to work onsite in Elkton, MD Prior team participation experience (professional/community/extracurricular) Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) Experience in developing and delivering presentations and leading small groups Aerospace and/or DoD intern/working experience Knowledge of Earned value management systems (EVMS) Experience executing programs with contractual EVMS requirements. Prior Experience with Deltek applications (CostPoint, Cobra, OpenPlan, PM Compass). Experience with business intelligence platforms and tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) Primary Level Salary Range: $98,900.00 - $148,300.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $123,400.00 - $185,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following tasks: Develop from inception, maintain and deliver a monthly integrated master plan and schedule (IMP/IMS) through completion to meet project IMS objectives Support Material Program Manager and Supply Chain in the management of program supplier base through the IMS and provide daily monitoring and status to the PM for critical path tasks daily Support the preparation of monthly operational review packages Working with the program team to integrate project cost with scheduled activity. Assist in planning and forecasting program schedule and cost performance. Prepare future strategic plans.
