Quad Packaging, a business unit of Quad, is currently seeking a folding carton Account Manager. We are a market leader in books, magazines, catalogs, and newspaper inserts, and we have expanded our operations to include commercial printing and packaging. With our state-of-the-art equipment and extensive media offerings, we can provide unique value to our folding carton customers.

The Account Representative plays a crucial role as the link between the customer, sales reps, and our production areas. They will handle projects from start to finish, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring the job progresses smoothly until final delivery. This position will require a hybrid of in-office work in Franklin, WI, and remote/work-from-home options.

The Account Representative is responsible for understanding the customer's expectations and advocating for successful job completion within our plant. They will enter job specifications in our ERP system, communicate with various departments, and ensure detailed-oriented coordination. Account Representatives are key representatives in our commitment to delivering "Best in Class" service, meeting customer needs through quality production and on-time delivery, providing responsive communication, and fostering positive relationships.

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with customers and meet their requirements through internal systems and processes.
Advocate for customers throughout the entire production process.
Collaborate with support resources to exceed customer expectations.
Recommend solutions to achieve customer objectives using our company offerings.
Ensure seamless execution from order acceptance to final product delivery.
Review orders, verify materials, and specifications with customers and internal departments.
Determine the best production plan and work with scheduling to create an agreeable schedule.
Communicate any customer changes, updates, and issues to ensure transparency.
Develop and maintain customer profiles to understand expectations and requirements.
Seek assistance from internal experts when customer specification changes occur.
Review and confirm pricing meets production specifications.
Participate in customer onboarding meetings and internal pre-production meetings.
Enter accurate job specifications into the ERP system and communicate customer concerns.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated commitment to excellent service and customer advocacy.
At least 2 years of experience as an Account Representative in print/production.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet schedule commitments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Self-starter and decision-maker who can effectively execute work to achieve objectives.
Proficiency in personal computer skills, including ERP systems.
Commitment to teamwork and a collaborative approach with co-workers.
