Role Overview

Are you someone who is detailed, very hands on and likes to multi-task different projects at one time? Do you like the excitement of each workday being a bit different?

Our company, Million Dollar Media (MDM), runs campaigns that include giant banners, posters, and foam signs – all of which need to be printed on wide format printers, then finished, boxed and shipped to clients. Plus we award tons of prizes to consumers – all of which need to be managed and shipped out. MDM also executes Digital Receipt Rebate programs where customers can earn rewards after submitting proof of purchase for our client’s products. This candidate will coordinate the approval process for all rebate programs. We need someone to help oversee these projects. Is that you??

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the MDM business: During the first 30 days, learn and observe how we conduct day-to-day business as you begin to understand our internal operations and how we fulfill programs.

• During the first 60 days you will learn to run our giant printers and output signage that gets printed, packaged and shipped out to clients.

• During the first 90 days you will learn how to fully manage our prize inventory and how to ship and fulfill prizes. Please note, must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

What You Bring

• You have 2 years of relevant and progressive professional experience

• You have earned an associate or bachelor’s degree

• You can demonstrate a mastery of Microsoft Word and Excel

• You possess the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently

• Your skills in organization and attention to detail are excellent

• You must be able to work well under time constraints and be able to juggle multiple projects and priorities

• A plus if you have prior experience with wide format printers

Pay Transparency

The pay range for this position is $23.85 - $28.84, which includes geographic adjustments, where applicable. The pay range is the range THMCC, in good faith, believes is the range of compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The hired applicant will be offered pay within the entire range based on the candidate’s geographic location, qualifications, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
