Print Production Assistant (Only apply if you have print experience)

Job Summary:
The Print Production Assistant at The UPS Store #6846 in Florence, South Carolina is responsible for providing printing and graphic design services to customers. This is a full-time, hourly position that requires strong customer service, organization, and technical skills. The Print Production Assistant will work as an individual contributor and will report to the Document Services Manager.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $12-$15 per hour, paid biweekly, depending upon Print Production Experience. Other benefits include Simple IRA Retirement Plan, paid time off, and opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their printing needs
- Operate various printing equipment such as printers, copiers, and laminators
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide graphic design services including creating and editing designs for print materials
- Maintain inventory of printing supplies and place orders as needed
- Ensure that all print jobs are produced accurately and on time
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and provide updates on their print orders
- Troubleshoot technical issues with equipment and escalate to management as needed
- Keep the print area clean and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

To be considered, you MUST have the following skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or print production role preferred
- Proficiency in using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Fiery Command Workstation
- Knowledge of printing and finishing techniques
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
