The Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced and driven Privacy Litigation Associate to join one of our esteemed clients. This role offers the chance to make an impact by managing complex privacy litigation cases, crafting innovative legal strategies, and navigating the intricacies of privacy laws. What You'll Do
Lead with Purpose: Manage all elements of case work-up and trial preparation, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
Analyze and Innovate: Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft high-quality briefs, complaints, motions, and discovery requests.
Collaborate for Success: Work across teams to align goals and deliver strategic results.
Deliver Excellence: Apply your knowledge of federal, state, and international privacy laws to navigate complex subject matter effectively.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: At least 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on privacy litigation.
Education: JD required, with a strong academic record from a reputable law school.
Skills: Superb research, writing, and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing complex litigation cases.
Certifications: Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction required.
Mindset: Ambitious, team-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to quickly master intricate subject matter.

Your Skillset
Litigation Expertise: Strong experience in all phases of case management and trial preparation.
Legal Research and Writing: Mastery in crafting briefs, complaints, and pretrial motions.
Privacy Knowledge: Familiarity with federal, state, and international privacy laws is a plus.
Collaboration and Communication: Proven ability to work effectively with teams and clients.
