The Opportunity:

Our Client is seeking a mid-level associate to join our national Privacy Litigation team in our Chicago, Kansas City, Atlanta, or Los Angeles office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience, and superb research, writing, and communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have at 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on privacy litigation. Candidates must have experience in managing all elements of case work-up and trial preparation and strong legal research and writing experience, including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests. Knowledge and experience with federal, state, and international privacy laws is also a plus.

Polsinelli is particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice. Additionally, the ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively is required.

Compensation: Salary will range between $230,000 - $390,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance.
